Why am I required to write anything here?

I had spent months looking for appropriate finials for my project and was shocked at the sheer outrageousness of prices for even the simplest items. Finials in the U.S. are $50 or more a set; the greed is unbelievable here. It's disgusting. These come from China. Especially since most are made of cheap molded resin, not passing for wood at all.
